Happy Halloween Blog Hop Part 2 ~ Updated info & new cards!

Hi again! Hope y'all are having fun with the Happy Halloween Hop!!!

*** Sorry, but I forgot to mention before that Sara is having a challenge with a prize to offer too :)
Please check HERE for more info and also for the correct links and lineup to the hop and excuse those who decided to do differently...

Here are the last of my Halloween cards :)
I've already stored away most of my Halloween stamps for next year! LOL! Here's a spooky pumpkin stamp from Dog Gone Stamps, so much fun to color in... I also fell in love with this paper from Making Memories! Totally neglected my BasicGrey for it! Gasp! I know! LOL!
... and Halloween wouldn't be complete without my lil Edward getting all inked up too :)
... and of course I just had to add in lil Edward's friends!!!
... and lil Matt had to create his own card! Not bad for a 3yo! All I did was trace the lil vampire in with my glitter markers for him! The rest he did himself! a nice one layer card with window and then decorated on the inside with dp! Very clever! I'll have to case this one ;)
Thanks for stopping in The Happy Halloween Hop :)
... and also thank you for the sweet comments regarding Part 1 of my post!!!
If you missed it, just keep on scrolling down or click HERE!
Have a Happy and safe Halloween :)

My Twilight Tuesday Blog Hop Winner!!!

Here's the winner...

Congrats!!!

I'll have your goodies sent to you as soon as I can :)

Okay, now back to the Halloween Blog Hop ;)

Happy Halloween Blog Hop Part 1

TGIF!!! and Happy Halloween :) It's here!!! The Halloween Blog Hop!!!
... and thanks to my lil sis, Sarabeth of Scrap Happie, I also have some old, old, old, pics to share with you too!
First - if you're following along with the hop and just came from Alison's Blog, then you are in the right spot ;)

If not, and would like to start from the beginning {{Click Here!}}

Ok, there is no where to hide from these photos ;)

<--- Here's a pic of me and lil sissy! I don't know whose costume is more embarrassing to admit! LOL! I don't even remember what I'm suppose to be! I'll have to ask Mom later... and Sara is a Cabbage Patch Kid! Ha!

... and here's me with my Dad! I'm suppose to be a scarecrow! Mom made this costume...

And here's the adorable little sister again, stealing the show with this adorable clown costume!
My parents are definitely not fans of Halloween! We were lucky enough to dress up! but no makeup! Mom wasn't a fan of makeup, so we never got to wear any, lol!

I have 2 cards to show you today... and then tomorrow I will have 2 more Halloween-y cards to share :)
Is it a dinosaur? monster? alligator? LOL!
Isn't Pink Cat Studio's Itty Bitty Bobby in a Dino Costume adorable???
He's suppose to be a Dino, but my boys couldn't make up their minds as to whether or not Itty bitty Bobby really is dressed up as a Dino... he could be an Alligator... or a monster ;)

As you can see by the DP I chose, I was a bit confused too! On the first card, is Itty Bitty Bobby a Monster like the Sassafras DP??? or an alligator like the brads???
... or is he truly a Dino...???
You decide ;) We're all good with him being all 3!!!
Ok, I think that I have kept you here long enough...
It's now time to hop on over to... Jeri's Blog

Enjoy the rest of your hop :) See you tomorrow!
... and a huge THANK YOU to Sarabeth for taking the time to put this hop together for us :*)

NO more cupcakes!

Happy Thursday :)
It's a good day! Nice semi-warm, sunny day! and cupcake free! Yea!

This is how I spend my entire Wednesday from noon until midnight! 64 Cupcakes! decorated and individually wrapped!
Yes! You read that right! I had to individually wrap all 64 for the bake sale! If I would have known that at the beginning of our discussion for last minute help, I would have shied away! LOL! That was the hardest part of the whole deal!
I don't want to see another cupcake for a very looooooong time!!!
... unless someone else is making them ;) hee, hee!!!

While the yummy cakes were baking and cooling off...
I had this lovely mess to sort out :)

Yes! I cheated! LOL!
DH bought me some cute Halloween ziplock bags and I created these lil tags using The Greeting Farm's Spooktacular Stamp Set!

I had to keep the images neutral and boyish... Nicky didn't want to hand out anything girl-y, lol!
I guess it helps that out of 23 kids in his class only 9 are girls! Almost all the Kindergarten classes are like that! There must've been something in the water around here in 2002/2003 were there was a baby-boy-boom! ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
I be back in the TGIF morning with a quick butterfly card that I created in the middle of all this chaos ;)
And I still have to show y'all Nicky's teacher's Halloween gift! So stay tuned for this weekend's Halloween Blog Hop being hosted by my lil sis, Sarabeth of Scrap Happie :)
See you then :*)

Die Cuts R Us Challenge ~ Boyfriend

Happy Tuesday :)

Another week has gone by and it's time for Die Cuts R Us Tuesday Challenge!!!
This week's challenge is to create a masculine/male/boy themed project!
Us Design Team Members were lucky to be able to work with some of Cosmo Cricket's "Boyfriend" DP!!! which is currently on sale this week at the Die Cuts R Us store :)

Here's my card... While the inspiration for this card came from how well my boys get along and are not only just brothers, but best friends too! I couldn't help but also think about my 5yo, Nicky, who came home the other day talking about Vincent, his first new 'official' friend in Kindergarten! He was so happy to tell me all about his new friend and how they decided to be friends by sitting next to each other at lunchtime, trying to be partners in gym and also, how hard it is sometimes to be able to be next to each other when they have to stand in line - Oh how I wish that life was that simple again ;)
I was lucky enough to meet Vincent and his whole family during their class Fall Festival last Friday :) We're looking forward to having some playdates and fun soon! Don't these two look like they can get into some mischief??? ;) LOL!

BTW - Nicky would be the one wearing the collared shirt and messy hair, even though he likes to look his best at all times, he likes to let his hair grow out to the max before finally agreeing to get a haircut ;) Matt would be the one to keep comfy by wearing his fave baggy sweatshirt and pants, walking around with his super cool Transformers backpack filled with whatever lil bit of pieces of things he can find to hide in there ;)

Thanks for stopping by!
Don't forget, stop on by the Die Cuts R Us DT Blog for more details on how to enter this weeks challenge and this months prize drawing... AND, check out what the other creative and talented ladies made too!!!

Enjoy :*)

I have a quick post of 2 cards to share with you today! I have so much scrappy stuff to finish by tonight! I'm starting to wonder if 3yo can manage running a few embossing folders and nestabilities through the Epic for me ;) LOL!

Now, if you know me, you know that I {heart} Snowmen as much as I {heart} Edward ;)

Dare U 2 Digi Stamp Challenge 24 - No squares allowed shaped card and...

Crazy 4 Challenges Week 8 - It's all Geometric! (Use 3 different shapes)

I wasn't sure if those shape can be incoporated other than ribbon since my shapes are the card itself, the star and the circles in the ribbon... so my lil card may not apply to this challenge, lol!
