Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge #27 ~ Jasper Hale

Happy Twilight Tuesday Everyone!!!

It's Julie's (Stars Fall Creations) turn to pick this week's theme!...

Jasper Hale

Hey everyone -- it's time to show Jasper a little love!

Craft Portion: Create a piece that says Jasper to you!

Comment Portion: It's all about the CALM. Since Jasper's special ability is being able to control people's moods, talk a little bit about the ways that YOU like to calm down. Crafting, stamping, reading - just share a little bit about how you like to relax and 'let your hair down'! ;)

Don't forget April's Blog Candy from Tonya of Stamp Happens...
$15 Amazon Gift Card!!! See more details HERE!

"I can feel what you’re feeling now — and you are worth it."
~ Jasper Hale, Twilight, Ch. 19, pg. 404

"You have nothing to worry about. You are completely safe here."
~ Jasper Hale, Twilight, Ch. 20, pg. 410
I have to admit, I had a totally different project going on, but was just not happy with it, I couldn't bare to share it either, lol! I had to start over...
This is the first time that I use the pattern paper as the main part of the card! I love the lil swirly pattern on here - I feel that that is what Jasper's relaxing/calming power would look like if it was visible... and the paper also has a baseball theme/feel to it!
My method of relaxation - sit back and enjoy the view!
Sometimes I sit and read, or scrap, or go online... but sometimes just sitting there and observing the world around me can be really relaxing and rejuvenating. I sometimes have to remind myself that although time goes by very fast, I must pace myself and enjoy and cherish every lil thing that comes in my way :)
... and the boys help too! (When they are not whiny and fighting, lol!) Their innocence and belief of forever also brings me back down ;)

What a great card for Jasper! Love it - love the tag. The shape of that die cut is just beautiful. So calm and peaceful just like Jazz!

Wow Margie you rocked another Twilight post. Hubby rented the movie the other night and watched it but I was busy crafting up stairs so I did not see it.

Wonderful Card!!

I like the card, the J that you used was cute. I love those types of letters with the balls on the ends. Good job.

What a great card girl!! Love how the tag is attached to the 'J', and that paper sure is yummy!! Love what you had to say about how you find calm...and the boys perspective on forever! {hugs}

Very cool Margie! I love this card. That sentiment is just perfect for Jasper and I love the masculine colors you chose. They really suit this character. Great work!

Awesome card of Jasper, Margie. This is funny because when we were watching the movie, my husband asked why Jasper has that "freaked out" look like he's deranged!! LOL! He does have that funny look especially with his eyes. Honestly, he doesn't give off a "calming" feeling! LOL!

To relax, I like to sit and read trash magazine! LOL! There's nothing like a "Star" magazine to calm me down! Too funny!

Your card is *gorgeous*! And I'm so glad Jasper is being shown some love...I was sorely disappointed that there wasn't more of him in the movie.
