Easter Bunny Ruby

It's SATURDAY!!! 

What are you doing this weekend??? 

We're expecting some snow today and I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to keep my scrappy plans or if I will be spending the weekend locked up with my boys, snug on the couch with our favorite movies... either way, they're both my favorite things to do, so it will be a win/win situation ;) hee hee!!!

Good afternoon crafty friends :) 

Is it really Tuesday?! It feels like a Thursday already, lol ;) 

One can hope, right?! 

Not that I want time to fly by, 

but I really do look forward to our weekends that are schedule free and full of family time fun! 

Don't we all :) 

I have a really fun card to share with you today! 

I am, by no means, a sports fanatic at all! So, if the colors I used by any chance support any team out there, my bad, lmao! I wasn't going for that ;) hee, hee! 

However, I was boo-ed by all the boys in my family that I should have gone with the Giants colors... I'm thinking that if I would have, they wouldn't have won ;) So there! ha! 

Any-hoo! Here is the second half of 

Sparkle Creations Challenge {SCRSC72}:

Create a card using any of your team colors, or anything football related! 

I, of course, used "Football Josh" for my card :)  

Please forgive any smudges you may see, it seems that a certain lil guy around here was quite interested in the sparkly stuff on today's card ;) 

I colored Josh with my Copics and then found some scraps of My Mind's Eye to put the card together, easy-peasy! Love how it turned out!!!

SO, it seems that I am a huge fan of creating Valentine's Day Cards :) 

After all these years, I finally found my favorite time of year to create cards, lol! 

There is just something about pink hearts, doilies, flowers and lacy things that really just calls to me - makes me happy!!! Which means, I have a ton of Valentine's Day cards, lol, which also means, that I should get thee to thy post office soon ;) hee hee!

Sweet Little Light...

Hiiiii!!! and welcome to day two of 

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps previews!!! 

I'm still running a bit behind along with a stuffy cold, 

so please bare with me while I squeeze out another quickie post :) 

For today, we are sneak peeking Karber's latest clear stamp set called, 

"Karber Fashion"

This set comes with 5 images and 3 sentiments...
and will also be released tomorrow!!! 

For my first card, I decided to use the lamp image with the following matching sentiment that just made me smile while I put together this card :) 

Doesn't it just warm your heart :) 

I used some of my fave Jillibean DP and look! I used brads too!!! 

For my next card, I used one of the 'fashionable girlies' and another sweet sentiment... 

Isn't she stylin'??? :)
Especially with some more Jillibean paper and twine!
I can't wait to paper-piece her too!!!

Cruisin' Love Bug

Good morning! Good morning! Good morning!!! 

Trying to be a bit chipper even though I am a bit sleep deprived at the moment, lol! 

Lately, our "lovely" neighbor, who already keeps the most oddest "working" hours, has taken a liking to doing some home improvements between the hours of 9pm to 2am, ugh!!! And ever since I've had my kiddos, I've turned into a light-sleeper, sigh... I just hope that they finish their project soon, or they're going to have one rabid-crafter banging on their door soon!

Scootin' by for a Special Delivery!

Good morning!!! 

Well, I have to admit, trying to make a Monday into a Saturday yesterday was truly unsuccessful, lol! Both of my kiddos woke up sick, and starting at 430am, the day just kept on going downhill from there, sigh... but at last, it seems that they are already feeling a bit better! So for today, we will be hiding on the couch with our crackers, juice and ginger ale, and will probably watch the Polar Express and Cars 2 movies :) Perfect way to rest and hopefully, finally get rid of alllll these germs!!! We have HUUUGE plans for tomorrow and everyone needs to be at 100% or there is going to be a lot of sad faces around here, hee hee!!! 

Today is the second half to Sparkle Creations last challenge for the year!!! 

Can you believe it!? and no, I have not started my Christmas shopping yet, eeek!!! 

Anyways, lol, for this challenge you are to use a Sparkle or Karber stamp and this sketch : 

I just have to ask, have you ever had one of those card/projects that looks good in person but you just can't capture it in a picture? Yup, that's what's going on here! I just couldn't get the lighting to work on this one... sigh...

I used my newest pad of My Mind's Eye called Love Me! 

This is truly my most fave pad EVERRRR!!! There is not one sheet or pattern that I don't like! Don't ya love when you know you finally purchased the right thing to play with?! lol!
