Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps, thank you :)

I'm back to share with you the latest Spy Day Challenge
at The Greeting Farm Challenge Blog today!!!
This week, we are casing one of Sugar's Card :)

Here's my take on it...

I just had to use my newest stamp set from The Greeting Farm's last release,
"Sitting Casual"
Isn't Ian the handsomest boy ever???
I paper pieced his couch and was inspired by Sugar's layout and use of polka dots :)

Please be sure to visit the rest of the DT for more inspiration!

See you later on with my third and final post for today!

Anything is Possible...

Good morning!!!
and how was everyone's weekend???
I still have a bit of a cold, achoo-ing and stuffs :p
but I'm getting by ;)

I've been overwhelmed with holiday cards and projects for the last 2 weeks, so much so, that I haven't had the time to share a 1/4 of what I've been up to here or on facebook, lol!... and was it was such a relief to sit back this weekend and create a new bookmark for my very very very soon-to-be 8yo :)
... and it fit perfectly with this week's Monday Fun-Day Challenge at The Greeting Farm!!!
For this challenge, you are to create a BOY themed card/project!!!
I think I can do that ;)

My big boy, who keeps reminding everyone that he will be EIGHT on Wednesday :)
requested that I HAD to use this Ian for his new bookmark :)
It's more of a tag size, but it seems to be a better size for little hands and big books!!!

Space Ian is going to be doing a whole lot of traveling now!!!

Just recently, Nicky and I had a conversation about "Anything is Possible"...
lately, I have noticed that he's been saying "I can't", "no way", "can't be done"...  we talked and in the end he realized, "Anything IS Possible" as long as you put your mind to it! and after watching The Polar Express, we've learned that "believing is seeing" :)

All you need is a little bit of determination and a dream, and then "Anything IS Possible"...
a man did walk on the moon once or twice ;)

Oh, sorry to say, Space Ian is a TGF retired stamp :(  but let me tell ya, there are plenty of other cute Ian's to get!!! hee hee!!! and all papers are from October Afternoon's Campfire and I used MFT's Star Trio and Notebook Edge Border Die-namics... ooo, and did you see??? I used a star BRAD!!! lol! I really had to dig to find it, lol!!!

Hope you all will play along with us this week!
Please be sure to visit the rest of the awesome DT today too!!!

Going RETRO-Fresh, into the Wild Wild West!

'morning peeps!!!
I've got a fun-filled day ahead of me! and I wanted to share the most fun-nest part of it with you right now :)

is having it's FIRST monthly
"RETRO-fresh" Challenge!!!

Yeee-haaaw!!!

And Jessica has challenged us to use ANIMALS as this month's theme!
You can use any TGF Animal stamp, Animal DP, Embellishments, etc.
Just as long as you use a TGF stamp and something with an animal on it, it will qualify ;)

Here's a bit of info for this month's RETRO-Fresh Challenge:
- RETRO-Fresh Challenges will be on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
- Each month will have a theme to it.
- You MUST use a TGF Stamp that is at least or OVER 6 months old!!!
For a list of old/new stamps, please visit our SCS page.
(The list isn't complete yet and it does NOT include digis yet, so please be patient as TGF goes through their archives and continues to add onto the list, thank you!)
- You must enter your direct link into Inlinkz on the Retro-Fresh post.
AAAAAAND!!!
*You have ALL MONTH to play along!!! Woo hoo!!!
You have until Tuesday, November 8th Noon CST to enter!!!
The winner will be posted with our NEXT Retro-Fresh Challenge on
Wednesday, November 9th!!!

For this challenge, I just knew that I haaad to use these 2 images that my sweet friend, Toni, sent to me a while ago! How sad is it that it this is the first time that I am inking these two lovies up!
Old stamps, but new to me! Love how that worked out :)

Here's "Sheriff Ian" (retired?) and "Wild West Anya"...

I had a ton of fun paper piecing these two cuties!
(Please click on pics to see more details, thanks!)

and yes, these are old TGF designer papers :)
Hording does come in handy sometimes!
My animal is the little ol' horse on there ;)

It's time to dust off some of those oldies and get to playing!!!

Please be sure to visit the rest of the DT for some fun and inspiring creations today :)

Happy Wednesday!!! xoxo

Hey Dude, Boys Rule!!!

Hiiii :) I have a quickie card/post to share for today :)
It's my 7yo's turn to be sickie now, he's had this never-ending fever since Sunday, I think he might have strep, so we're off to the docs again today...

I just haaaaad to create a card for TGF's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge
"Let's Hear it for the Boys!!!"
How could I not! LOL! ;)

My boys picked out there fave stamp, Skater Ian!
and I just picked up these papers by Fancy Pants called "Rusted Sun", love this set! and I also used my new MFT Die-namic "Stacking Stars" and my old one "Notebook Edge"... those awesome brads are by Making Memories! I've been hording them for almost 2years! LOL!

Stars!!!

OH! and here's a tip...
Whenever I'm coloring an image, I usually line up the Copics I am going to use and put each Copic away as I use them, that's my new "thing" to keep things tidy... I had one color left to use...but had to go do something, potty break, lol... 4yo decided to help me out and finish it up for me... sigh...
Can you guess?!?!

LOL!
And yes, he was being helpful! and to not hurt his feelings, I will still create a card with it!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Happy Tuesday :*)

Helloooo! How are y'all doing???
It sems that we cannot get rid of germs around here! Ugh!
I've been cleaning, Lysol, open windows, etc and here we are, sickies again...
but no more whining for today... or at least for the next few minutes ;)

Have y'all seen The Greeting Farm's NEW challenge blog???
I'm so excited to play along! and I looove that we can use any stamp too!
My oldies can use a bit of dusting off and love too ;)

This week's Farm Fresh Challenge is to use something NEW!!!
I used my {new to me} Oh Boy! Ian and Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather DP,
I love that this Christmas-y themed DP really isn't! LOL! So much that you can do with this pad!
I had to make TWO of these cards! One for each of my boys!
So I used The Pink Elephant's Sketch Challenge #96 to help me out :)

Ian looks just like them! Now, if we could get Ian to wear his glasses,
he, Nick and Matt could be triplets ;)

Thanks so much for stopping in today!
Have a cookie and enjoy your day :)
