NO more cupcakes!

Happy Thursday :)
It's a good day! Nice semi-warm, sunny day! and cupcake free! Yea!

This is how I spend my entire Wednesday from noon until midnight! 64 Cupcakes! decorated and individually wrapped!
Yes! You read that right! I had to individually wrap all 64 for the bake sale! If I would have known that at the beginning of our discussion for last minute help, I would have shied away! LOL! That was the hardest part of the whole deal!
I don't want to see another cupcake for a very looooooong time!!!
... unless someone else is making them ;) hee, hee!!!

While the yummy cakes were baking and cooling off...
I had this lovely mess to sort out :)

Yes! I cheated! LOL!
DH bought me some cute Halloween ziplock bags and I created these lil tags using The Greeting Farm's Spooktacular Stamp Set!

I had to keep the images neutral and boyish... Nicky didn't want to hand out anything girl-y, lol!
I guess it helps that out of 23 kids in his class only 9 are girls! Almost all the Kindergarten classes are like that! There must've been something in the water around here in 2002/2003 were there was a baby-boy-boom! ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
I be back in the TGIF morning with a quick butterfly card that I created in the middle of all this chaos ;)
And I still have to show y'all Nicky's teacher's Halloween gift! So stay tuned for this weekend's Halloween Blog Hop being hosted by my lil sis, Sarabeth of Scrap Happie :)
See you then :*)

OMG, you were sooo busy! I think you made some super cute treats for the kids, and how cool that you were able to make them with stamps from the greeting farm.

Wow, thats alot of baking! But your son's treats and tags are just adorable. I was in a kindy class of 24 and we only had 4 girls. None of the girls showed up for my bday party that year. I'll never forget my 6th birthday at McDonald's with 20 boys, lol.

They are awesome Margie! At least all I have to do is buy the hamburgers and buns. We are getting the men at the school to grill them! I left something for you on my blog :)

Don't ya just love how those "calls for help" turn into major projects? :) I told the drama teacher that I would sew a couple of costumes for the school play, and too many of the 'actors' couldn't fit into the costumes she already had (either too big or too small) so I ended up with a lot more costumes to make. I'm going to do it again this year - I must be nuts!
Glad to see you on the hop.
