To the Seaside, Mate!

How many more weeks 'til Spring?!
Did the lil critter see his shadow or not?!
We have a 2 hour school delay this morning, yay! We looove to sleep in ;) hee hee!
But seriously! I'm sure that I can say that we are all sooo ready for some warm weather ;)

In the meantime...
Let's dream about the warm sun... the beach... the Seaside!

I decided to hop along with The Greeting Farm's CHA Relay Race Challenge yesterday!
How clever for them to come up with a huge ingredient list to follow!
It's been a while since I've done one of their challenges, I just had to play along!

The recipe list was to use a TGF Stamp (Cheeky Mate), (Copic) Coloring, Pattern Paper (October Afternoon Seaside), Cardstock, Button(s), Ribbon, Punch(es), Stitching (Flower DP), Flower(s) and a Touch of Sparkle :)

I don't stitch well, and I haven't used my sewing machine yet (I know! geesh!), so I was lucky enough to find this 'stitchy-y' paper from October Afternoon's "Seaside" Pad and used it for my flower ;)
"Cheeky Mate" is my fave out of the entire Cheeky Cherry Collection :)
Her hair was so much fun to color, even though I still need some more practice on it!

I really love how this turned out :) Makes me smile :)
I hope you likey too!
Enjoy your Wednesday :*)

I'm loving this! The colors are perfect. And I'm right there with you dreaming of the beach... I swapped out my desktop pic a few weeks ago when I was freezing for an island pic, LOL.
