BOTTLE CAP Ornaments!!!

Hello again! I'm back to share with you some ornaments that I created this week!
Claudia and Company has these Maya Road Bottle Caps!
They come in three different sizes: 2, 3, and 4 inches!
There are so many creative ideas to do with these - magnets, ornaments, picture frames, note pads, calendars, etc!!!

I decided to make mine into ornaments!
In my house, you can never ever have too many ornaments on our huge tree ;)

Here is a 'before' pic of me putting things together!
These bottle caps are SO durable and sturdy - such good quality! and how do I know that??? LOL, come on! You all know how clumsy I can be with things - I must have dropped these about a billion times! and not one ding or dent happened! Yay!

Of course, I just had to add pics of my boys!
And yes, these are summer pics, but I just loved their poses and sweetness, I had to use them :)

Do you see that I finally used my Stickles and Liquid Pearls here too?
My pearls look like Hershey-squirts! and my stickles completely flattened out! LOL!
I guess I need to practice more ;)  but I love how it all turned out!!!

For my next two I just had to use some of my favorite Holiday stamps!
The Shepherd Boy is another one of The Greeting Farm's retired stamp sets! I am SO happy that I bought this one when it came out, he is truly one of the cutest ones I have :)
The next stamp is also from The Greeting Farm that was just recently released, Holiday Anya...
and look! More Stickles and Liquid Pearls, hee hee!!!

Bottle Caps!!!
What would you create with them???

AND!!! For a limited time ONLY!!!
Maya Road is offering a FREE Holiday printout with every Bottle Cap purchase!!!

How cool is that?!
You can see more details on the Claudia and Company Blog today!!!

Thanks for stopping by again!
I truly do appreciate all of you that follow and comment regularly :)
xoxo

PS.... I am tryyyying to do My December Daily for 2011, too!!!
I am a newbie and am totally unsure as to what I am doing with it, lol!
I only took ONE pic yesterday, bummer! and here it is!

My sister helped me out by creating a super cool book for me to finish up and add my pics and journaling too! I hope to keep up! Especially since I never get to finish anything for myself or for my own family, eeek! This will definitely be a nice present for my boys and hubs on New Years Day :)

How are you doing your December Daily's?!?!
Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!
Thank you!!!

Monsters in the Closet!

I think that almost all kids have a night or a few where they think there is a monster in their closet! My boys don't like the dark much, they like to have a night light somewhere close by, but I have yet to hear about any monsters, just a few "shadow ghosts", lol! Things do look different after the lights are out, and sometimes we forget what we left laying around and the shape looks like something else - I have definitely freaked myself out quite a few times, hee hee... like last night! ha!

I had a ton of coloring fun over the weekend, I have colored a TON of images/stamps  :)
I needed an extra boy thank you card to deliver and was inspired by last nights "shadow ghost" and decided to use these October Afternoon scraps and sweet Puddle Jumper Davey...

Thanks for stopping by today!
Enjoy your Wednesday :) :) :)

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Holiday and weekend :)

I have a Bumble-y and fun card to share with you today! It's a card that I've had in mind to create for a quite a while and I am so happy to have finally been able to have a moment to create it! I adore it and I hope you will too :)

This lil flutter-er is "Bumble Bee" a Lollipop Digital Image by Lori Boyd that can be found at Claudia and Company (Die Cuts R Us)... I colored him with my Copics and then popped him up - I wanted to make him look like he was buzzing around ;)

I used my much loved Nikki Sivils "Willowbee" 6x6 paper pad - my poor little pad has finally fallen apart from using it so much :)  BUT I still have SO much left of it! Happy me!

BTW - You can find more Nikki Sivils 6x6 pads at Die Cuts R Us! I looove them all! So much so, that I haven't used the others I own, excuse: not done drooling over them ;) hee hee!

The sentiment is from my new to me There She Goes "Bee Happy" Stamp Set! Loooove it!!! I cannot wait to create more bumble-y things with this set! It comes with more buzz-y sentiments and a few bees too!

Welcome Baby...

Happy Wednesday and the day before Turkey Day :)
My boys and I have a ton of chores to get done before tomorrow! We also want to start our Christmas decorating too! We looove to spend Thanksgiving morning in our pjs watching the parade while having brunch in the living room and then getting the last minute details all done for a super early Turkey feast :) I hope that everyone is enjoying their last minute deets too ;)

I wanted to quickly show you a card that I created and within 24hours was used by someone who specifically asked if I had something like it! Don't ya love when that happens?! It was meant to be ;)

This is sweet "Baby Jackson"! Another Puddle Jumper Digital Image (also available as a stamp!) by Lori Boyd for Claudia and Company (found at Die Cuts R Us)...
Ok, so I know that Baby Jackson is suppose to be a boy, lol! but I couldn't help but wonder how versatile he could be, and I think he turned out pretty cute as a 'she' ;) hee hee! I struggle with the color purple, so I was determined to make another purple card that I like - and I think I succeeded ;)
That night, a friend FBed me asking if I had a Baby Shower card that she could use, and bonus if it was in purple! ha! Perfect timing, right?!

I hope you likey!

Claudia and Company News!

Happy Monday :)
{she whispers softly to all of you! lol}
I'm still "speechless"! and definitely not by choice! It should be a very interesting morning, as you read this, I will be meeting with the 1st grade teacher to go over their 'Feast (Lunch) Dinner' and activities ;)  I already packed a pad and pen ;) hee, hee!
Thanks SO much for all the get well wishes! I truly appreciate and feel every single one of them! I'm happy to say that I am slowly coming around and starting to feel like my ol' self again! I just wish that I could pause a day or two to really get better, oh well, that's life ;)

Today, Claudia and Company has some BIG news to share!!!
As of today, most of Lori Boyd's "Puddle Jumpers" are going to be available as Digital Images TOO!!!
Woo Hoo!!! Rubber stamps are currently available! but now you/we have a choice ;)

Here's Puddle Jumper "Emma" and her lil bunny friend...

Please excuse my watermarked reference to Emma as a Lollipop, ooops!
Does anyone know how to remove watermarks from a pic?!

I colored Emma with my Copics and used my Making Memories Slice on some October Afternoon "Daydream" 6x6 Sampler Pack for the scalloped heart, cut the images out, and added some cool Washi Tape...  She's sure to bring a "Smiley" to someone ;)

Puddle Jumper "Noah" and his lil pup are also going digital!!!

... and here's another version of "Emma"...

You can find all of the "new" Puddle Jumper digital images in the

Happy shopping and thanks for stopping by today!!!

I'm barely whispering...

Happy Sunday :)

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their beautiful weekends!
And look at me! I survived my Craft Fair, lol! Being sick while trying to mingle and talk with people was not easy, but with the help of my sis, I survived and had fun! Yes, I'm paying the price today with a severe case of laryngitis, coughing and the body aches, but it was all worth it ;)  On the plus side, all of my boys are being so well behaved and understanding and have even found that I can be quite entertaining trying to communicate with them using hand gestures and drawing pics!!! LOL!

Here are a few other things that I was sellling at my table yesterday using my new fave thing, Modge Podge!...

Another pic frame...

I used My Mind's Eye, MFT Die-namics and Prima

Notebook using Cosmo Cricket and my Slice...

My Mad Hatter inspired notebook using G45...

And here's a pic of ALL my boys visiting us at our table :)

My sister, Sarabeth, was such a HUGE help! I really couldn't have done it without her!
THANK YOU lil sissy :*)

OH! And a few quick challenge reminders! I cannot believe how I've missed out on this week!
