A good morning Monday to you :)
Today is the start of a fabulous week! My boys are finishing up with school and we're so excited to have some free time to play and do fun stuffs right away!!! It's also my baby boy's 5th birthday on Wednesday!!! sniff! Not so baby anymore! LOL! We're super excited to get some more cake time to celebrate ;)

So since today is Monday, it means that we're in for another awesome
This week's challenge to create a card/project using a
"Join The Circus" theme!

We are also being sponsored by Melissa of Pink Cat Studio!!!
The winner gets their choice of 5 digital images!!! woo hoo!!!

The DT had the wonderful opportunity to work with some of Melissa's latest images...
I chose to create with "Clown Owls in Car"
Who could resist this silly lil trio?! :)
Whenever I see an image using a car, of course I just have to 'boy' it up, lol!
But I needed to add to my girlie stash, and thought I'd give it a girlie try ;)
What do you think?!

He's baaack... My Mini-Guest Designer :)

Good evening :) Sorry it took so long today for me to get this posted, but my mini-guest designer has been sick with a virus and double-ear infection and it took until late this afternoon for him to take pics of his cards, created this past Monday, with word-for-word directions as to what to say and how to post them, LOL!

So here he is! My lil guest designer for the day... Nicky!!!

"Hi again, my name is Nicky and I am now 6 years old... I have some projects I want to show you now :)"

"My first project I had to make for my class project for school last week. We read stories about a snowman, so we had to make one too... I used lots of stuff from Mommy's stuff - I promise, she let me use it :)"

(look closely, he loves my Papertrey Ink Buttons and Making Memories flowers and trims!!! LOL!)

"My Tio {uncle} Sean hurt his leg and the doctor had to fix it last week, I miss him and hope he gets better soon. I made Tio Sean a card to tell him... I think that glitter glue is really cool! Crayola makes cool colors for kids like me, you should buy it, it makes your projects cooler!"

(Nicky is very sentimental, he doesn't like to talk about when anyone is sick or hurt...)

(Oh! and you can find those lil aliens and ships at Prairie Fairy!)

"This is my cherry icecream... why don't they make pink, fluffy cherry icecream?
I think I would like it plain..."

(Hence, the plain card, hee, hee!)

"This is my Harry Potter card! He makes magic and likes to fly on brooms!"

(Image above and below can be found at Pink Cat Studio Digital.)

"And this is my dinosaur card project! He wants to go to school and learn and grow up to be a T-Rex soon!"

"Thanks for looking at my projects today! I had fun making it all!... and I'm feeling better, just coughing and stuff. BYE!"

LOL! There you have it my friends! My little Nicky is growing up so fast! and I love him for letting me grow up with him :)
I just got the okay to go ahead and post - he made sure that it all looked good first ;)
I love my lil munchkins!!!

And yes, lil brother Matt was around and creating at the same time, but he doesn't want to take pics or show you, lol! He doesn't want people to see it yet! LOL!

Thanks for stopping by! I'm sure you can guess that any and all comments would very much be appreciated!!!

HUGS!!!

Happy Halloween Blog Hop Part 1

TGIF!!! and Happy Halloween :) It's here!!! The Halloween Blog Hop!!!
... and thanks to my lil sis, Sarabeth of Scrap Happie, I also have some old, old, old, pics to share with you too!
First - if you're following along with the hop and just came from Alison's Blog, then you are in the right spot ;)

If not, and would like to start from the beginning {{Click Here!}}

Ok, there is no where to hide from these photos ;)

<--- Here's a pic of me and lil sissy! I don't know whose costume is more embarrassing to admit! LOL! I don't even remember what I'm suppose to be! I'll have to ask Mom later... and Sara is a Cabbage Patch Kid! Ha!

... and here's me with my Dad! I'm suppose to be a scarecrow! Mom made this costume...

And here's the adorable little sister again, stealing the show with this adorable clown costume!
My parents are definitely not fans of Halloween! We were lucky enough to dress up! but no makeup! Mom wasn't a fan of makeup, so we never got to wear any, lol!

I have 2 cards to show you today... and then tomorrow I will have 2 more Halloween-y cards to share :)
Is it a dinosaur? monster? alligator? LOL!
Isn't Pink Cat Studio's Itty Bitty Bobby in a Dino Costume adorable???
He's suppose to be a Dino, but my boys couldn't make up their minds as to whether or not Itty bitty Bobby really is dressed up as a Dino... he could be an Alligator... or a monster ;)

As you can see by the DP I chose, I was a bit confused too! On the first card, is Itty Bitty Bobby a Monster like the Sassafras DP??? or an alligator like the brads???
... or is he truly a Dino...???
You decide ;) We're all good with him being all 3!!!
Ok, I think that I have kept you here long enough...
It's now time to hop on over to... Jeri's Blog

Enjoy the rest of your hop :) See you tomorrow!
... and a huge THANK YOU to Sarabeth for taking the time to put this hop together for us :*)

Itty Bitty Transformers!!!

My home has been taken over by Transformers for a loooong time now! This is the longest phase of any boy-craze yet! Which is a good thing ;) That means less whining for trips to the toy store! LOL!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this lil digital image at Pink Cat Studio called Itty Bitty Bobby in Robot Costume! I am sooo lovin' Pink Cat Studio's Digital Store!!! As much as I love my stamps, I've been too tired and short on time for clean up, so digital images have become my new best friends :) for now! ;)

Well, in this house, we all know that Itty Bitty Bobby's costume is no ordinary robot costume...

First up, we have Optimus Prime aka Nicky ;) This was his costume last Halloween and he just recently told me that he wouldn't mind being it again, as long as we bought him the newer version of the costume! LOL! ... and here we have Bumblebee aka Matt! Matt informed me that he wouldn't mind being Bumblebee again, with the same stipulations, lol!

{{Pic Removed!}}

Other than Matt's very first Halloween where I dressed him up as a Zebra ;) He's always been some sort of sidekick of whatever Nicky was wearing! The year before Transformers, they dressed up as Batman and Robin :)

This year, as much as they love Transformers, they may be leaning towards another duo - Buzz Lightyear and Woody aka Buddy, lol, I don't know why, but Matt insists that Woody's name is actually Buddy... maybe because Buzz always refers to him as "little buddy" ;)

Thanks for stopping by today! TGIF!
I've decided to take a blog-posting break for the weekend so I can get some much needed scrappy clean up and create some long over-due cards and projects!

I'll see y'all on Happy Tuesday :*)

Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge 48

Happy Twilight Tuesday, Twilighters!!!

This week's challenge is all about the Bond Between Brothers...

"As the New Moon movie release approaches we are seeing amazing pictures of the Wolfpack who become Jacob's Brothers. In New Moon the wolf pack play an important part in Jacob's life and the effect they have on the Quilute community. This also affects the Cullen family, they have a treaty with the Cullens and in time see that they all need to work together to rid Forks of the bad Vamps. This week we will be focusing on the Bond between brothers and how we apply that to our human lives. Women can lean on each other and we are strong all on our own but now and again we need that males presence as a brother, husband, best friend as a grounding force...as a safe place to be. We see that in Bella's need for Jacob."

Craft Portion: Make something that reflects brotherhood... Be inspired by the wolf pack, Edward and Jasper/Emmitt, even the relationship between Bella and Jacob. Make a scrapbook page, a card for your brother or maybe a book for that special guy in your life. Celebrate brothers in any way you would like.

Comment Portion: Talk about the brotherhood in your life... Do you have an amazing brother that has been there for you thick and thin? Do you have the best guy friends that have your back when times get rough?

I have a few projects that I created for this challenge! 2 cards, a layout and a mini-album - but the mini-album will have to wait until tomorrow ;) I didn't get it finished and I know it is going to take me forever to take pics, etc! LOL! I believe that the bond between two brothers is unbreakable - no matter what the circumstances are - you can never tear them apart!

I chose the relationship between Jasper and Edward... they understand and respect each other the most, even after the "birthday incident" - Edward is forgiving and understands Jasper's weaknesses...Edward and Jaspers' relationship reminds me of my two lil guys :)

My boys are united beyond blood and brotherhood! They have twin-like characteristics... Nicky can practically read Matt's mind and always knows what Matt is going to say and do next - "Watch out Mom, Matt is going to run!" and sure enough, there goes Matt running down the sidewalk laughing at me! Nicky always knows what Matt needs before Matt even knows, LOL!Same goes for Matt! He feels everything Nicky is feeling - even when they're not with each other... Last Friday, while Nicky was at school, Matt came up to me and said, "Mommy, I think Nicky is sickie - let's go check his head..." - meaning his temperature... I told him that Nicky is on his way home now on the bus and that he should be okay since the school didn't call me with any complaints... as soon as we saw Nicky, I knew he wasn't feeling very well - and the fever didn't pop up 'til Saturday! They have each other's back! Always looking out for one another! If someone gives them a lollipop, they make sure to grab one for the other - and if the can't, well then they don't take one! ... well, sometimes Matt still does, but he won't eat it in front of his brother, unless his brother has some sort of special treat too ;) ... and this lil Halloween image is sooo my Nicky and Matt! They still haven't decided what they want to dress-up for this Halloween - they usually pair up with something cute... like... one year they were Batman & Robin, another year they were Transformers, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee... sooo, I'm looking forward to seeing what their theme will be this year ;)

Thanks for stopping by :)
