House Mouse, Banana Split Sunday and {maybe} 2 Sketches 4 You Challenges

I tried to combine some challenges again! THREE!!! :)
... but then I realized that it may not apply to one of the challenges...

I guess I'll find out soon enough ;)
The House Mouse Monday Challenge this week is to decorate or make a bag or box...
The 2 Red Banana's Banana Split Sunday Challenge is to use gems...
but, I believe that 2 Sketches 4 You may strictly be card challenges...??? I don't remember ;)

Either way, it helped with the making of the layout on my bag!!!
Easter Bag Details:
Paper(s): Topline-Creations DP; Prism CS.
Stamp(s): House Mouse - Mudpie Holds Jellybeans Stamp; StudioG 'Happy Easter' stamp.
Ink(s): Pallette Noir Black ink; Copic Markers; Spica Glitter Markers.
Accessories: The Robin's Nest Silver Bells Dew Drops; Primas; Stampin Up Ribbon; EK Success corner punch; misc. gift bag, tissue paper and tule ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by today!!! Have a good mid-week ;)

Banana Split Sunday Challenge#01, Flutter by Wednesday Challenge#48 and Loonie Stampers Challenge#30

Wow! It's been a while since I've done a challenge other than my fave of all... you know the one... right?! Oh, c'mon now... Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenges!

LOL!, ok, ok... I can see my sis right now, reading that and rolling her eyes at me... ;)
I decided that I wanted to give the first new sketch challenge over at 2RedBananas a try... the Banana Split Sunday Challenge #01 <--- too cute to pass up!
... and then I noticed that I was able to include the Flutter by Wednesday Challenge #48 (use a butterfly and flowers) and the Loonie Stamper's Challenge #30 (anything butterflies)!
Here's my card...
Isn't this lil pup stamp adorable? Jami Bova of Stamp Happy with Sgt. Stamper created this lil stamp set (and others) for 2RedBananas webstore... Sentiment reads:
"To get the full value of joy you must have someone to divide it with!"
~ Mark Twain
I'm still not very good at circles and ovals, even when using a circle cutter!!! lol!
I finally got around to trying out the dabbing technique using SU and Colorbox ink... the background was just too plain...
I also used my Copic blender pen... I'm happy with my coloring, but not so much with my dp color-combo, lol!

Doggie Card Details:
Paper: SU Windsor Knot DP; SU White Confetti CS.
Stamps: 2RedBananas "Value of Joy" Stamp Set
Ink: SU Close to Cocoa; Copics; Spica glitter markers; Colorbox Blue Lagoon.
Accessories: Prima flowers; dew drops; Making Memories ribbon; misc. buttons.

Thanks for looking... enjoy the rest of your weekend!!!
