WOOF!!!

Happy, happy Thursday to you :)
It's almost TGIF!!!
It's supposedly a tad bit warmer right now than it has been in the last 2 days... I don't think so! lol! I try to limit myself to one cup of hot cocoa per day, or none at all {eek!} BUT this frigid weather has been to mean to me, and I have had to double up on my intake ;) hee, hee! Not like I'm complaining or anything! ha!!!

It's a new year, and Pixie Dust Studio has some new challenges coming up!!!
This week's challenge is to create a monochromatic card/project
pick ONE color! any color! and have a blast with it :)

However, it seems that I've had yet another brain-freeze with another color challenge this week and decided to add Kraft to my color combo, ugh! but look! Doesn't it make my card look so much prettier??? Imagine it without the Kraft - wouldn't it look so drab...

This little pup's name is Woof :)
Kathy has a few images using Woof, BUT she specifically created Woof alone and in a larger scale for my little guy - upon his request, he needed a puppy to color all on his own and she, the most wonderful Pixie Queen ever, made my boy very very very happy when she sent him his very own Woof to play with :)  and he finally gave me permission to use him too, hee hee!

Oh! and I am also entering my Woof card into the following challenges:
- The Pink Elephant Challenge #129: Anything goes!
- Papertake Weekly Challenge: Anything goes!
- The Kraft Journal: Anything goes!
- Make It Monday Challenge #70: Anything goes!

Have a wonderful Thursday!!!
and stay warm!!!
xoxo

Good evening, stampy friends :)
I was able to have a lil fun this evening and created a lil baby card for a friend...

This is "Buggy Bloom" from Baby Bud Designs! Isn't she the sweetest?!
What I love SO much about this image, is that it can be colored up for a boy too ;) Very important to have versatility in your stash!

I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch #95 and my lil beloved pad of Cosmo Cricket's Togetherness!
It was my sons idea to use buttons for the buggy's wheels ;) lol!

- Tuesday Throwdown Challenge #21: 3 of Anything (Buttons)

Bee Happy with Hansel

Happy Tuesday! I love Tuesdays -
it means we're done with Monday and heading into the middle of the week already ;)

Here's a bumble-y cute card I'd like to share today...
if you haven't guessed yet, I have a 'thing' for things that bumble around ;)

I'd like to enter my card for the following challenges too:
- All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge - Monochromatic {Yellow}
- Stamp Something Challenges - Go Digital! {Image}

I used Swiss Pixie - Bumblebee Hansel Digital Image from All That Scraps! Did you know that they had digital images?! Whoot! They do :)  - Hansel has to be one of the most sweetest boy images that I now own! and he's a Bumblebee!!! I totally adore him!!! It is so hard to find bumble-y things/images...
I had to use my Willowbee 6x6 pad and stamp set by Nikki Sivils, added in some matching layers and used my Slice to create these shapes to match the DP! Popped up some parts, tied on some ribbon and I was done! I really love how it all came together!

I hope you likey as well :)
Stay tuned for Pixie Dust Studio's "The Nutcracker" release later today!

Smooches :*)

Busy like a Beee!!!

Hi again!
First, if you would like to meet my "Princess and the Cherry" please scroll down to the next post too :)
Thanks!!!
I had a lil fun last night while watching a movie with DH :)
It was a lil before midnight, so I decided that I just had to play some more with my Beeez Kneeez Kit!!!
I needed a lil something extra to stay awake ;)

So I decided to use the following challenges...
When I started my cards, I was using this challenge -

But, I missed the midnight deadline, LOL!
So, then I moved on to their next challenge for this week :)

The Bumble Bees will be buzzing around soon enough ;)

Also used these challenges ;)

- Crazy 4 Challenges #34 - CASE it! (I CASEd Barbara!)

- Die Cuts R Us Challenge #36 - Double Duty (Create 2 projects!)

- Papertake Weekly - Do Something Different!
(My 2nd time stamping directly onto DP
and trying to keep it plain and simple, lol, so not my style!)

Everything is from the kit, except for the black base of the cards...

To be honest, I wasn't too sure about the above card...
it was plain DP, but then I just had to add the flower to the center of it ;)

What do you think?!
Should I have left it CAS???

I love these sparkly handmade dictionary paper flowers!!!
This was my last one :( sniff!
I may have to try to copy and create some of my own :)

Bumble Bees are bumbling!!! ;)

Hope you likey!!!
Thanks :*)

Having some fun today...

Lovely late evening we're having tonight! So peaceful and quiet!
... I created two cards tonight for a few challenges!!!
One I like, and one I don't like so much! LOL! Ugly paper makes an ugly card! Even the best of the best companies can have a few icky patterns and colors! I tried, but... it's just not doing it for me ;)
Although, the more I look at it, it's starting to grow on me... or maybe it's just that the image is just so darn sweet, it makes up for it! lol!
Ok, first, we'll start with...Soaking Up the Joy from Mo's Digital Pencil!!! This card is for...
Papertake Weekly Sketch #25
Mo's Bronte and Bella's Challenge #1 - Use the color Purple
and
Pile It On 3-D Challenge
Joy Card Details:
Paper(s): BasicGrey Wisteria DP; Bazzill CS; Papertrey Ink CS
Stamp(s): Mo's Digital Pencil "Soaking Up the Joy" Digital Image
Ink(s): Copics; Copic Atyou Spica Glitter Markers
Accessories: All Natural Accents Flowers - White; Altered Making Memories Flowers; Small Round Circle Nesties; Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and Happy Birthday Embossing Folders; Micheal's Dotted Ribbon
Ok, ok... before you look, I'll admit, it is starting to grow on me... but who can resist anything with lil Ian on it ;)
I created this card for...
The Greeting Farm's Farm Fresh Friday - "All About a Boy" theme.
Ugly/Cute Card Details:
Paper(s): BasicGrey June Bug DP; Bazzill CS; Papertrey Ink White CS
Stamp(s): The Greeting Farm Birthday Boy Ian Digital Image
